Return conditions

Refunds and Returns

We accept refund and return requests within 14 days from the product delivery date. For a refund or return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition and show no signs of use or damage.


Complaint procedure

To request a refund or return, please contact us via the contact form on our website or email evatavares@stylistevatavares.com. Please include your order number, product details, and the reason for your request. We will respond to your request within 7 business days and advise you on the next steps.


Refund

After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method within 30 business days.


Shipping costs

Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.


Exceptions

Some products may be considered non-refundable. These include personalized or custom-made products. Please check the product description before making a purchase or contact us if you have any questions about the product's eligibility for a refund.
